Customers that pick up their packages must examine the contents of the package bees and queens for satisfaction. We will exchange any queen or package bee not to the satisfaction of the customer. Leaving the premises with product constitutes customer satisfaction with the order. Once packages are shipped or picked up there is no return allowed because we cannot control the shipping.
