Pumpkin Alfalfa Blossom Honey

Our liquid honey is harvested from hives placed on locations throughout Utah where there are pumpkins, raspberries and russian olive trees, producing a special variety of honey. Our most popular being pumpkin alfalfa blossom honey. It is screened to remove the bees and bee parts without removing beneficial traces of pollen and wax. It is not pasteurized or combined with any other substance resulting in pure, all natural honey.

Our honey butter is like no other.
In the fall of 2006, Knight Family Honey introduced their, now famous, Honey Butter; where fans of excited customers return to the Knight Family Honey booths’ week after week . Honey from the specialty crops are mixed with AA grade butter to make a delicious “WOW” to your taste buds. Use our creamy Honey butter as a topping for corn bread, toast, pancakes, waffles, pastries, muffins, french toast, bagels, glazes, wheat crackers, biscuits, scones, peanut butter sandwiches, hot oatmeal cereal , homemade rolls, and last but not least as a fruit dip.
